White chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
5 dl whipping cream
200 grams chocolate
50 grams egg yolk
150 grams egg white
4 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Melt the chocolate in a pan. While it melts, beat the egg yolks, egg whites and sugar until frothy. Combine a small part of the whipped cream with the melted chocolate. Then add the rest of the whipped cream. Follow by folding in the beaten egg mixture. Do this quickly to avoid curdling.
